Graphite on HDF Board primed with acrylic gesso

This one was a commission out of a photograph taken in Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA. I was working on an acrylic gesso primed HDF-board with a rather rough surface, which makes drawing with graphite sticks and pencils a bit tricky, but delivers an interesting result, I think.
